Kristyn’s Experience with Nourish to Flourish

MARCH 20, 2019 | FLORENCIA PELLANDINI

We launched our first ‘Nourish To Flourish’ program on March 1st. This program teaches you how to Eat Real to Heal and provides 7 days of our delicious, and highly nutritious, meals and juices, as well as access to the Eat Real to Heal online course and other resources.

One of the customers who signed up was Kristyn, who works near the Whistler Village café. Kristyn decided to pick up the food three times per day and we asked her how she felt every time she came in. At first, she said  “My intention setting into the first day was to bring balance to my mind, body and soul. Little did I know how much healing would come up.”

Our goal with the program is to make this week a turning point in your life. A week where you can learn more about nutrifying your body, and experience first-hand how this affects your mind and vitality. Understanding the positive or negative effects that food can bring into your body is a tool that everyone should have. While you will be consuming 100% organic, delicious and nutritious food, you will be educated and understand how your body is healing.

“A journey through self worth, forgiveness and gratitude.”

Kristyn mentioned that this week was, “A journey through self worth, forgiveness and gratitude.” Everyone has a different intention and it’s incredible everything that you can work on, understand and perceive in one week of changing habits.

Kristyn now comes to the café every day as she realized the difference that our nourishing food can make to her vitality.

In the Nourish to Flourish program you will learn how to prevent disease and manage health, and what it takes to use food as medicine to reverse the leading causes of chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, autoimmune disorders, migraines, depression, anxiety, infertility and more.

The ‘Nourish to Flourish’ Seven Day Meal Plan includes seven days of meals, as well as the Eat Real to Heal online course, book, live coaching sessions and more.
