After opening our third café she asked me to come teach her employees how to eat real to heal, how to use food as medicine and how to turn their lifestyles onto a plant-based whole food unrefined food. So, I headed down and did that and that’s what this podcast is about. It's about Cindy leading the charge at Anthem Properties in bringing this amazing healing programs to her colleagues and in creating a culture of total wellness.
The idea started when a colleague with a “Dad bod” requested help getting his energy and body back for summer. The first challenge was 8-weeks long with 25 participants who measured their progress through weight-loss, inches lost, and points collected for lifestyle changes in health, wellness and nutrition. The challenge was successful and has grown to span all Anthem’s offices across four cities.
